I have read all your posts and it seems that we all agree to an extent that although the RRFSO states that a means of raising the alarm and to take general fire precauctions are requirements of the order where practical, it requires thought beyond that, and a common sense and experience led view is paramount to arrive at a satisfactory assessment.
