GENT 32020 panel
« on: February 24, 2010, 02:20:40 PM »
Hi Gents (pun intended)

A client has been informed by Gent that their Gent 32020 panel is obsolete as they cannot get any replacement detector heads for this panel. 3 heads are defective. the heads look a lot older than the panel and i wondered if actually it was the heads that could not be replaced like for like, rather than no heads will work with this panel.

any help greatfully received

Cheers

Me again

If it helps, I am doing this work free of charge for Nicky at the Doncaster Womens Charity YWCA. They have 3 detector heads that are 'off line' and these are not in critical areas but some are required for hold open devices as this is a 5 storey office.

kind regards Graham
