Licenced premises full list of licenses available?

hi all
as the RRO states where a llicence under an enactment is in force in relation to the premise
the responsible person must record the sig findings of the risk assesment.
What is the full difinitive listing of the types of licenses available?

ive looked but i have yet to find???

Not just licences but certificates and registrations as well.  Far too many to list.

Just as an indiciation here are a few examples (but not an exhaustive list):-

Liquor License (pubs, clubs etc)
Fireworks license or registration
HMO License
Care Qualtiy Commision Registration (Care Homes, medical centres, hospitals etc)
OFSTED Registration
Petroleum license (petrol stations etc)
Registered child minders and / or adult placement carers

In NI one has to register the provision of tourist accommodation with the Tourist Boad. Maybe on mainland also?
We're not Brazil we're Northern Ireland.
