I am trying to obtain the RR(FS)O 2005 documentation which was updated in 2010.

I thought I read or heard a while ago, that the 2010 update included the provision for asking that alterations or repairs are carried out to a realistic time frame and the requests also included items that were actually realistic in respect of asking for something that wouldn’t apply to the occupants, or something on that sort of wave length.

I received the above inquiry the other day, does it make sense to anybody?
All my responses only apply to England and Wales and they are an overview of the subject, hopefully it will point you in the right direction and always treat with caution.
