Hello my name is richard and i am conducting research into the ics that is used by the british fire service. i have spent time working with the american fire service and I am trying to display the good working practise that the uk Uses so they can adopt it. i am interested in speaking to as many people as possible, all those that help will be notedd in the book, so please, can you spare five minutes for somthing that could benefit you all and keep you safe.

Although this forum is entitled fire safety I think your post should be on the operatioan forum

and i wouldnt telephone anyone! sorry but there are enough 'cons' floating around. i am surprised you havent done your research and obtained 'training manuals' already.

Just like to say a huge gratitude of thanks to all those who asisted in my research it has been greatly appreciated, never mind Dave Bev you missed out but you wrote me off as con somthing about narrow minded and blinkers comes to mind.
