Fire hazard
« on: July 06, 2014, 09:40:19 PM »
I went to the O2 arena in Greenwich last night.

I bought a plastic bottle of Buxton water 350ml from the bar in the venue in case I needed a drink during the show. The bar staff insisted that the top must be removed before taking it into the arena. They said that a bottle of water with the top on is a fire hazard. That's a new one on me.

Anyone know what this is all about?

I think it's more that it's a heavy object hazard if thrown and the staff have misunderstood the safety briefing.

Yes. A candle. Not fork handles as Ronnie would say  but four candles as Ronnie said. You still havent explained to me  yet how you put pics in a post.

Click on the image button (second from left, bottom row) and place the image URL between the two img tags created.

First upload your image to Photobucket or similar and copy direct link for the URL, works for me.

All my responses only apply to England and Wales and they are an overview of the subject, hopefully it will point you in the right direction and always treat with caution.

Would a photo of matron be more acceptable.

She is so ugly. But then that's just my opinion.
