Drying Rooms In Communal Areas Of Flats
« on: January 07, 2015, 05:12:52 PM »
Is the ventilation provided in these rooms for the purposes of fire safety or simply to dry the clothes and prevent a smell?  The 'Fire safety in purpose-built blocks of flats' does not specifically cover drying rooms in communal areas and the generl requirements pertaining to them.

I would suggest it is for general ventilation.
