Collected Perceived Insights Into and Application of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 For the Benefit of Enforcing Authorities?.

This document was published in 2010, the preface stated that it would be subject to 3 yearly review. Is anything happening in this regard?

Big Al, my copy is dated 2011, rather than 2010.  As to what is happening, I imagine that CFOA are still trying to work out what the title of the document means.

Not much difference then, but I suppose the short title saves the officers from trying to remember the i before e except after c rule.
