Useful EU resource for all kinds of products that have had a safety notice or recall attached to them.
Covers just about every consumer item you can think of.

Link should take you to the search page with some excellent filtering systems. I tend to select "All years", UK notified and then the product type I want. You can also select the risk type and fire is one of the options here.

I've used it in the past for advising clients of unsafe mobile phone and tablet chargers. Full details and photos are provided for each safety notice.
