CE mark versus FFFSR labels

If a piece of upholstered furniture carries the CE mark which has been accessed for safety including fire safety should it have to conform to the FFFSR to be sold in the UK?

I didn't know there was a CE marking regime for furniture, but in any case compliance with Regulations is always a 'must', so they have to be complied with.
