BS 476-22 - No longer acceptable for external fire rated doors?

Is this correct? I can see no mention in the MHCLG guidance issued in 2020 of BS 476-22 not being a suitable standard for fire doors which open externally.

It means nothing long term unless the UKCA system maintains the status quo after CE ceases to apply in a few months - although it looks like this should have been enforced for over a year on new installations. It doesn't appear retrospective.

Thanks, could I clarify - would a new fire rated door be permissible to a flat which opened on to a balcony (single direction of travel) if it complies to BS 476-22?

Would it just be the case that the door could not be CE marked, but would still considered to be suitably fire resisting based on compliance to the BS? Thanks
