Almost, you are probably not disadvantaged greatly by your desire to be nearly elsewhere. The purpose of these roadshows is not to provide training or CPD but to obtain views of the stakeholders regarding what is in the current draft. As a result of the Mcr roadshow, we are currently making around 10-20 changes to the text.
Once further changes are made in response to feedback that will no doubt arise at the roadshows tomorrow, a fourth draft will be made available for public comment via the CFOA website. Comments on that draft should be made via a comments template on which commentators are asked to propose specific changes to wording. These comments should go to us at spechousing@cstodd.co.uk.
A fifth and final draft will then go for consideration by the editorial group, who represent enforcing authorities, the housing sector, etc.
